Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital is pleased to host An Evening of CBT on Tuesday, December 4. The presentation will be held in the main auditorium from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. For a map and directions, click here.

Admission is FREE and open to the public, but pre-registration is required.

Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is a scientifically-proven way to improve psychological health. CBT has been found helpful for many common ailments (e.g., anxiety & depression), lifestyle issues (e.g., addictions & weight loss), and work challenges (e.g., procrastination & perfectionism).

Workshop participants will be taught to think like a CBT therapist, and how to conduct basic CBT on themselves. A free self-help manual is included.

Presenter Greg Dubord, MD is one of Canada’s leading authorities on cognitive behavior therapy. He has given over 250 training courses to mental health professionals, and is the Director of the CBT Certificate Program at the University of Toronto.

An Evening of CBT is grant-supported and free of charge. However, admission is very limited, and pre-registration is required.
